Kate Mineral BB gel cream

So I am out for my first ever product review. I got tons of cosmetics of different brands and this is one of my favorites. Let me make it clear first that whatever I will say here  is purely my opinion. I thought of doing this to let other people know my experience about the products I've been consuming. Hope you'll find it helpful.

BB stands for blemish and balm and BB cream is now among Asia's hottest beauty products. It originated in Korea and  right now, Asian countries have started producing their own cream version. I went to SM department store recently and saw BB creams of different shades in Ever Bilena and Shawill counters.

Here is it is! Kate BB gel cream!

It comes in a sleek package. It looks classy.

I bought this product when I was in Singapore. I was running out of liquid foundation so when I went to Bugis mall and came across Kate counter, I got intrigued for it says "mineral" cosmetics.

Skin conscious women will definitely be looking for mineral cosmetics. We know that it doesn't or just does a little harm on the skin so as much as possible, we'd go for mineral products.

There were shades to choose from and a tester available so I just swatched some of the products at the back of my hand to see which matches my shade. My skin tone is one or two shades lighter than normal Filipina so I purchased shade 3. It looked and felt fine so I bought it for 22SGD.

It has creamy texture. The product doesn't go away easily and is good in setting make up I can just go on a day without needing retouching. It also is not cakey.

---I know my eye bags are still evident. I will be using concealer cream after so I don't mind the dark portions of my face right now. I just want you to see what the product does.Now you can see the glow and the changes on the skin's appearance. My face has got lots of concealing to start with so If you want extra full coverage so for the BB cream to act as concealer, you can apply more generous amount of it. ----

I did not use primer or anything before applying this product and this is how it will most likely look like after you've put your make up on.

So to say, I love this product it is one of my favorites in the market. My skin tends to break out and in worst cases grow pimples when not compatible with the products I use but this one never gave me problem.

P.S I have dry skin and I am not sure how it will work on people of different skin type.

1. Sentimental. - I am a typical woman. I cry over sad stories and movies. Friends and family laugh at me whenever I try hard not to get noticed in wiping out tears upon reading sad novels or news or watching dramas. And so, as much as possible, I avoid melancholic films.

2. Sensitive - goes hand in hand with being sentimental. I care about lots of things to the point of exaggeration sometimes. 

3. Dog lover - but never owned one, at least for long. I was a dog mom for a month. It was awesome experience taking care and training a small adorable puppy until she died of car crash. LOL Seriously, losing her still makes me sad up to now...

4. Shopaholic. - I dream of owning a house with a huge room for all different types of cosmetics. They must be neatly arranged from primer to foundation to brushes, etc. There also must be clothes of different styles and shoes of different colors. And bags!

5. Artist-wanna-be - since I was very young, I'd sketch, paint, and sing. Currently, my interest is in cosmetology and photography.
